These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the developer of Revive: AI Photo Restorer ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App Does

Revive: AI Photo Restorer is a utility that restores and enhances photos (for example old, blurry, or damaged photos) using AI models. All processing is performed locally on your device.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App to process photos you do not own or do not have permission to edit.
• Use the App to facilitate fraud, impersonation, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Present AI-enhanced photos as unaltered originals to courts, insurance providers, or any other party entitled to rely on the integrity of the image.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or the bundled AI models from the App, except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for how you use the output of the App. We provide a tool; we do not control or endorse how it is used.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional auto-renewable Yearly subscription and a one-time Lifetime unlock, which unlock Pro features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
• The Lifetime unlock is a one-time payment and does not renew.
• Purchases can be restored via the "Restore" option in the App.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase the subscription, where applicable.

4. Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Your Content

Photos you restore with the App are processed entirely on your device and remain yours. We claim no ownership of your photos and have no access to them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI restoration results vary depending on the source photo; we do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that any particular photo can be restored to any particular quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (via Apple) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, UI, artwork, and trademarks, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
